Hi, I'm Brian

I was born and raised in Simi Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles, California. I am the the third of four boys born to a mother who was an artist and a painter. Sadly, cancer took her from us when I was just 6 years old, yet her creativity lives on, resulting in three of us pursuing a career as graphic artists - the other choosing to be a lawyer, for reasons I will never understand.

I began drawing when I was a little kid, which led to me having a daily comic strip in our local newspaper when I was a young teenager. I got my first job at a local print shop when I was 16, ultimately leading to my lifelong career as a Graphic Designer. It's all I have ever done and I love it to this day. I thrive on creative challenges and have spent my life dedicated to designing artwork for print and then the web, learning all I could and keeping up with the times as technology progressed over the years.

I have worked for a variety of corporate employers, agencies, start-ups and others throughout my career. I followed in my oldest brother's footsteps, relocating to the Pacific North West where I now call Port Orchard home. I have set out to establish myself as a freelance designer to serve small businesses in the greater Seattle area, bringing my years of experience, knowledge and abilities with me.
